Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet output targets.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious team.

• Ensure all manufactured products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality assurance principles.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or advanced configuration
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
