SAP PP/DS Solution Architect

Manufacturing/Automotive domain experience preferred

Technical/Functional Skills -

• Experience implementing Production Planning solutions (SAP ePP/DS) in an Automotive or any discrete manufacturing industry is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of Implementing S/4HANA Production Planning and other related planning solutions is required.
• In depth experience in SAP – Production Planning and Detail Scheduling capabilities - interactive production planning, Detailed scheduling, Pegging, Production Planning table, Planning board, constraint-based planning, Model Mix Planning, Multilevel Scheduling and sequencing is required.
• Experience in Cross-Location Planning, Automated Responses to changes in planning situation Multi-Level Constraint based Production Plan, Sub-daily Buckets, Telescopic Time Buckets, Time Dependent Safety Stock is required.
• In depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Demand/Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Distribution planning and Service planning are required.
• Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired.
• Experience in Automotive manufacturing or Repetitive manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional social skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of team members at all levels of the organization.

• MUST: A independent performer who has excellent communication skills, presentable to customer and can lead the implementation of SAP PP/DS
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Maintain a collaborative, team relationship with peers and colleagues to effectively contribute to the group’s achievement of goals.

• Work on onshore/ Offshore model
• Good Communication Skills both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

• Understand customer, translate business needs to definition and design also cascade effectively to offshore team to get the work done effectively and timely
