Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the value stream's key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement events (Kaizen) to eliminate waste and optimize product flow.
• Develop and implement current and future state value stream maps to guide strategic improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the cross-functional value stream team to foster a culture of accountability.
• Ensure the value stream meets production schedules, customer demand, and quality standards.
• Manage the value stream's operational budget and P&L to achieve financial targets.
• Champion a systematic problem-solving culture to address operational issues and drive root cause corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with digital manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, automation)
• - Proven track record of successful cross-functional team leadership
• - Advanced proficiency in supply chain optimization techniques
• - Familiarity with ERP/MES system implementation or optimization
