Phases of Pay and Revenue Growth
We offer a transparent financial structure so you always know what is hitting your bank account:
- Onboarding Phase: Gain financial peace of mind with a flat-rate training pay of $650 per week (weeks 1–6).
- Next 90 Days: Take home a guaranteed minimum payout of $1,000 weekly based on a $0.56 per mile rate during your first quarter solo.
- Full Solo Scale: Boost your mileage rate to $0.56–$0.64 per mile beyond the initial three months, clearing $1,200 to $1,700 gross weekly.
Mentorship Curriculum
Our program pairs you with an experienced driver trainer on standard regional lanes. You will step into individual solo driving status the moment your mentor verifies your complete operational readiness. Through daily road operations, you will master equipment maneuvers, electronic logs, required DVIR checks, and corporate dispatch communication protocols.

Selection Criteria
- Possession of a valid Class A CDL credential.

- Mandatory negative pre-employment substance test and a current DOT medical card.
