Associate Veterinarian

The Opportunity

• Independent, small animal GP, multi doctor team with experienced, long tenured support staff
• Modern toolkit, digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, in house lab, therapeutic laser, cloud based PMS
• Predominantly canine and feline caseload, optional pocket pets if you are interested
• Thirty minute plus appointment blocks, dedicated surgery and dental days available, tech forward workflows
• No on call, no overnights, local ER partnerships for after hours care
• Mentorship tailored to your goals, new grads and experienced DVMs welcome

What You Will Do

• Deliver preventive care, internal medicine, general surgery, and dentistry
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, build lasting relationships
• Collaborate on protocol development, case reviews, and CE initiatives
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture while maintaining a manageable caseload

What You Bring

• Strong GP foundation, confidence in dentistry, interest in surgery or ultrasound a plus
• Team first mindset with curiosity and initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and client education skills

Requirements

• DVM or VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA accredited university
• NAVLE
• ECFVG or PAVE if from a non AVMA accredited university
• Illinois veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA, State, and USDA credentials, support provided to secure after hire

Compensation

• Base $130,000 to $170,000 + production, no negative accrual , sign on or relocation available. OTE: 150,000 to 220,000 plus.
