Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers via phone and email.

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with production and logistics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or supply chains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and prospects.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product specifications relevant to manufacturing.
