Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and lead times.

• Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery discrepancies, or manufacturing defects.

• Coordinate with sales and engineering teams on custom order requirements and complex technical inquiries.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for order processing and customer relationship management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical and logistical information clearly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities for product, delivery, and service-related issues.
• Ability to understand and convey basic technical product specifications and manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or product lifecycles.
• Familiarity with technical product specifications or Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Prior experience supporting B2B customers in an industrial or technical environment.
