Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and lead times.
- Process and track customer orders, coordinating closely with production and logistics departments.
- Liaise with manufacturing, quality control, and shipping teams to provide accurate updates on production schedules and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery discrepancies, or manufacturing defects.
- Provide basic technical support and product usage information for manufactured goods.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams on custom order requirements and complex technical inquiries.
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for order processing and customer relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical and logistical information clearly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities for product, delivery, and service-related issues.
- Ability to understand and convey basic technical product specifications and manufacturing processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or product lifecycles.
- Familiarity with technical product specifications or Bills of Material (BOMs).
- Prior experience supporting B2B customers in an industrial or technical environment.
