Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent project management methodology experience
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment (e.g., new product introduction, process improvement, capital equipment installation)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with cross-functional manufacturing teams and external vendors

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to mass production
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, AI) in a manufacturing context
