Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee all repair, troubleshooting, and installation activities for manufacturing equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations for maintenance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and facility systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including staff development.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Expertise in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices for industrial environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Demonstrated experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience.
