Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and specifications.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and 5 Whys.
• Conduct internal and supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage the disposition of non-conforming materials and ensure timely resolution.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP activities and PPAP submissions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience applying core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with ISO 9001 and/or industry-specific quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation, with experience using statistical software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control points within a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
• Experience with advanced Quality Management System standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
