Pay: $15–$20/hr, depending on experience

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our production team. No prior woodworking experience is required, but you must be comfortable working with tools, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-moving shop environment.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to build real craftsmanship skills, and is interested in growing within the shop.

Responsibilities

• Assist with milling, sanding, material handling, and delivery
• Operate basic woodworking tools and shop equipment (training provided)
• Read and follow directions and job instructions
• Maintain clean and organized shop spaces
• Support team members on various production tasks
• Follow all shop safety guidelines and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
• Comfortable working with tools and hands-on tasks
• Attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way
• Willingness to learn and take feedback

Experience not required — but experience in carpentry, fabrication, trades, construction, or similar hands-on work is a plus.

Essential Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

· Comfortable working in a shop environment around tools, machinery, and dust (with PPE provided)
