Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing on industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues to execute repairs.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities, parts usage, and problem resolutions accurately.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during field operations.
• Manage service parts inventory and tooling required for field assignments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• 2+ years of experience in field service or industrial equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex manufacturing machinery.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (e.g., 75%+) to customer locations.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., industrial maintenance, electronics, mechatronics).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC/HMI programming or basic scripting for machine diagnostics.
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global clients or specific regions.
