Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, including mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Extensive experience with manufacturing processes, Lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated project management expertise for engineering initiatives, from concept to implementation in production.
• Ability to drive problem-solving and implement innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing operations and product quality.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, AI, IoT)
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or M.S. in a relevant engineering discipline)
