Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and workflow.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team development, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor)
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the local workforce
• Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies
