JOIN OUR TEAM AS A BDC REPRENSENTATIVE/ CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Are you a cheerful and positive individual with a knack for great phone conversations? We're looking for dynamic personalities to join our team as in house BDC Agents. This role is perfect for those who thrive on making meaningful connections over the phone and have a passion for customer service. About UsGordon Chevrolet is a great Chevrolet dealership with a family feel. We operate an award winning sales and service department and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a BDC Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring each caller feels valued and supported. Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide assistance.
Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers.
This position is an in store position. Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or call center atmosphere is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
