What You'll Do
As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing while helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through community outreach, networking, referrals, and local marketing efforts
Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs
Present customized insurance solutions for auto, home, life, business, and specialty coverage
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Generate quotes, present proposals, and close new business
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Consistently achieve and exceed production goals
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Represent the Farmers brand with professionalism and integrity

Preferred Qualifications
Sales, customer service, retail, or business development experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable networking and meeting new people daily
Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
