Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma), and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage production teams to achieve output, quality, and safety targets.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation or robotics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or international operations.
