Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using schematics and testing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and electrical equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical components, including motors, contactors, and sensors.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adhere to all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, and other automated control systems for programming and fault resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial control systems, PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley), and HMI interfaces
• Strong understanding of motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and power distribution systems
• Ability to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on manufacturing machinery
• Adherence to safety standards including NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and arc flash mitigation procedures

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience
• Experience with robotics electrical systems or programming
• Certification or experience with thermography/infrared inspections
• Proficiency with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet)
