Social Work - MSW
Job Summary:
The Social Worker provides direct social work services to students and families, assisting with personal and environmental issues surrounding social issues and lifestyle changes. Home care setting.
Collaborates with students, families and the school staff to provide an effective plan to meet the pediatric/adolescent student needs during their school and occasionally.
Provide social work services to pediatric/adolescent student populations through implementation of the five phases of the social work process.
Provide referrals to community resources and agencies.
Communicate effectively with students, families and school staff promoting patient satisfaction and the achievement of goals.
Coordinate student care with other members of the school staff to ensure achievement of desired outcomes, quality, and efficient utilization of resources. Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
Knowledge about the care of the pediatric and adolescent patient.

Required Education:
Completion of a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Required Certifications & Licensure:
Current licensure as a Social Worker in the State of Michigan: Masters Social Worker license (LMSW) OR Limited Masters Social Worker License (LLMSW)
Valid Michigan drivers license and a dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan. Languages:
