AP Clerk
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an AP Clerk. The AP Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Please find responsibilities below:
? Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports.
? Match purchase orders with invoices and ensure proper approvals.
? Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.
? Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
? Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements.
? Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
? Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
? Maintain vendor files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
? Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
? Support audits and provide requested documentation.

Skills and Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
? 5-10+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
? Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
