University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist Home Care professional to provide exceptional speech therapy services to our clients in Livonia, MI. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering personalized home care treatment plans in a supportive and flexible environment.

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in clients' homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide therapy sessions focused on speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and strategies to support communication goals.

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Experience providing speech therapy in a home care or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Livonia, MI.

• Competitive hourly pay of $70.00 - $90.00, paid semi-monthly.
