Life Insurance Agent - Call Center

Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agent – $18/Hour + Bonuses ($900–$4,000/Month!)

Southfield, MI | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | In-Office Only

Compensation & Bonuses

• $18.00/hour guaranteed base pay

• Monthly Sales Bonus Tiers:

  • 20+ sales/month: Earn 50% of the 1st month premium

  • 30+ sales/month: Earn 75% of the 1st month premium

  • 40+ sales/month: Earn 100% of the 1st month premium

• $2/hour bonus (retroactive for the month) when you hit 25+ sales

• Monthly bonus potential: $900 – $4,000+

• Annual income range: $55,000–$75,000

• Top performers earn: $80,000–$120,000+

What You’ll Do

• Handle direct inbound and inbound live transfer leads only – no cold calling or prospecting ever

• Sell life insurance policies over the phone to seniors ages 50–85

• Follow proven scripts, systems, and training programs designed for success

• Provide outstanding customer service and consistently close new business

• Work full-time, in-office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Active Life Insurance License (required) – we may assist strong candidates in obtaining their license

• Prior sales, insurance, or customer service experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a coachable, growth-oriented mindset

• Must be able to work on-site in Southfield, MI
