  • Lead all aspects of and guide the integration of suppliers and ensure effective collaboration with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers for system development and validation.
  • Develop and lead the engineering roadmap for thermal and HVAC systems, ensuring timely deliverables across all program phases (Alpha, Beta, PV, and Production).
  • Lead and support design verification activities, including test plans, validation, and verification reporting for key systems.
  • Ensure that all systems meet regulatory and safety standards, including thermal management in extreme conditions and compliance with safety standards for electric vehicle systems.
  • Manage the change control process, working with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to address design changes, issues, and production ramps.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to engineering teams.
  • Establish and maintain performance standards, processes, and best practices for thermal and HVAC system development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with broader business objectives, product goals, and market requirements.
