Retail Sales Associate
Once Upon a Child in Brighton, Michigan offers customers a fun and convenient way to buy and sell gently used kids' stuff, which makes saving money on children's clothes, toys, baby furniture and equipment a reality every day. We focus on quality, safety, and value – the same things you feel are important for your own families.
The right candidate will be available evenings and/or weekends. Responsibilities will include ringing sales, processing returns, answering phones, assisting customers, tagging, communicating the buy process to our customers, and any other tasks associated with a sales associate position.
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle customers with sensitivity
- Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy
- Must have flexibility with work schedules; some holidays and weekends are required
- Must be able to effectively communicate how we buy from our customers
Salary: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour depending on experience and availability
