Data Entry Specialist

Job Title: Office & Shipping/Receiving Associate Job Description This position is a hybrid role supporting both the office and the shipping & receiving departments (on-site 5 days a week). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by managing inventory, tagging shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities + Tag all incoming and outgoing parts and shipments. + Organize and maintain shipping and receiving areas. + Verify job tickets for accuracy. + Perform inventory counts and maintain records. + Handle ordering of supplies and materials. + Manage third-party billing processes. Essential Skills + Data entry and Microsoft Office skills. + Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. + Billing and inventory count experience is preferred + Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes preferred. + High school diploma or equivalent Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
