Mail/Order Clerk

Position Classification : Mail and Order Clerk
Department : Administrative Services
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of postal regulations, shipping, and receiving
- Accuracy in tracking office inventory and ordering supplies
- Valid driver’s license; ability to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Requirements
Duties :
- Handle pickup, delivery, and messenger responsibilities
- Process and distribute incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail and packages
- Run errands, including local deliveries, bank runs, and supply pick-ups, using company vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of postage, meters, and mail usage
- Load, unload, move, sort, and store incoming shipments and office supplies
- Keep inventory records and ensure supplies are stocked
- Perform routine maintenance of mailroom equipment
- Type, distribute, and file forms related to mailroom operations
- Provide support across general office functions as needed
