Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, networks, and factory floor connectivity.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and manufacturing data.
• Oversee the implementation and support of ERP, MES, and other manufacturing-specific applications.
• Provide reliable technical support to all users, minimizing production downtime.
• Develop and execute IT strategies that support manufacturing efficiency and business objectives.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships for software, hardware, and services.
• Facilitate the integration and interoperability between IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and operations, including network, server, and end-user support.
• Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems common in manufacturing environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
• Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT), SCADA, MES, and IT/OT convergence in a production setting.
• Experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, particularly for industrial control systems (ICS).
• Project management skills for deploying and upgrading IT solutions within a manufacturing plant.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing-specific software systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP in a production environment).
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in a production setting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and how IT can support operational efficiency.
