Salary Range: $120,000 - $169,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Lead cost accounting functions, including variance analysis and standard costing.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and associated cost of goods sold.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and tax compliance activities.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and efficiency improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
• Expert knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP implementation or significant system optimization projects.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced financial and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with multi-entity or international consolidations.
