Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance production capabilities and product quality.
• Provide engineering support for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues, quality defects, and equipment failures.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials to improve productivity and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to resolve technical challenges and achieve operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design, tooling, and process layout.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, automation, or welding.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for production issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Python for data analysis)
• Experience with automation and robotics integration
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
