Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for process improvement.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP activities like FMEAs and control plans.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, records, and reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Proven experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
