Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial robotic systems and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions in robots.
• Execute repairs and replace defective components such as motors, sensors, and controllers.
• Conduct robot programming modifications and teach-point adjustments for optimized production.
• Calibrate robotic arms and vision systems to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Document all maintenance, repair, and calibration activities for record-keeping and analysis.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic cells and automation solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical field.
• Proven proficiency in programming, operating, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
• Strong understanding of PLC logic and controls for manufacturing automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration of robotic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for robot data analysis or advanced control.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) or robot simulation tools (e.g., RoboDK, Process Simulate).
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET).
