What You’ll Do

· • Design, manage, and optimize Excel-based quoting tools with advanced formulas, macros, and automation

· • Source hard-to-find, legacy, and modern products online at competitive prices

· • Deliver fast, accurate quotes that help the sales team outpace the competition

· • Leverage AI tools, scripts, or scraping methods to speed up product sourcing and quoting workflows

· • Collaborate with purchasing and sales to strengthen vendor relationships and streamline sourcing

· • A true Excel power user — fluent in formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic, macros, and maybe even Power Query or VBA

· • A digital product-sourcing sleuth — with 5+ years of experience purchasing and tracking down the best-priced products online

· • A numbers-driven thinker who thrives on improving efficiency and solving fast-moving problems

· • A clear communicator who’s comfortable working independently and alongside fast-paced sales teams

· • Have experience building automated quoting systems

· • Can integrate live product feeds, pricing tools, or data scraping into Excel/Google Sheets

· • Know how to apply AI or scripting tools to cut quoting time in half
