Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Saginaw, MI -

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. In this role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities, playing a key role in supporting strategic decision-making. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Finance and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial insights.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, incorporating variance analysis and trend insights.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Support the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and review across departments.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
