Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $75,000–$80,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $10,000 signing bonus.

• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans

• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions

• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
