We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Therapist or Counselor to join our growing team. We offer a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of your clients.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• LMSW or LPC licensure
• 20+ hours of weekly availability.
• Child and adolescents counseling 10yrs+
• Older adult counseling 60+
• Individual and couples counseling for all ages, male/female

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' situations and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
• Track progress and establish clear milestones for successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation.

To be successful, you will possess:

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• A compassionate and caring demeanor that fosters trust with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively build rapport and collaborate with diverse individuals.
• Excellent time management skills to manage caseloads and adhere to scheduling.
