Assembly Supervisor

Role Summary

Lead a team of machine builders in the assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic systems. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support machine builders during electrical and hydraulic assembly
• Assemble and wire control panels, motors, transformers, relays, and hydraulic power units
• Install hydraulic piping and hoses
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and blueprints
• Test systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met
• Use a variety of electrical, hydraulic, and manual tools
• Communicate effectively and work independently or in a team environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of machine-building experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
