Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze process data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and ensure process stability.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience with P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment design/specification.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., JMP, R, Python)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations
