Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school located in Kalamazoo, MI. This in-person, contract position offers a chance to work with a dynamic elementary caseload throughout the current school year (CSY).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Document student performance and maintain accurate records in compliance with educational standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational goals of the school.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently and efficiently.
• Commitment to providing supportive, evidence-based speech therapy services.
