Residential Field Sales - MDU
- Base salary of $38,000-$40,000 (based on experience)
- Average first year earnings approximately $110,000/year.

- Build relationships with apartment communities, leasing offices, and property management teams
- Meet new residents through face-to-face outreach and educate them on WOW! products and services
- Sell internet, TV, and phone services while consistently achieving monthly sales goals
- Grow customers within existing contracted apartment communities
- Develop marketing plans with property managers to drive awareness and sales
- Represent WOW! at resident events, property events, and association meetings
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
- Conduct routine property visits and account reviews
- Complete customer and property reports while maintaining accurate sales activity
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through installation
- 1-3 years of sales experience (outside sales preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile technology
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
- Ability to walk apartment communities and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to carry sales materials and marketing equipment as needed
- Ability to travel to different markets when required
