POSITION: Varsity BoysVolleyball Coach

LOCATION: Kenowa Hills High School

Assignment/Responsibility: Kenowa Hills Public Schools is looking for coaches to successfully lead the Boys VarsityVolleyball team. Kenowa Hills Public School has great community support with an outstanding Boosters Program that supports all sports. The best candidate for the position is one with knowledge of the sport and motivated to help build a successful program. Our coach needs to be able to prepare the team members socially mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of being a student athlete. The coach also must possess the ability to work well with other coaches within the district and have open communication with the administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of the sport and rules
• Documented record of success in coaching high school age student athletes
• Possess strong personal ethics
• Be a positive professional role model
• Demand a high standard of conduct and discipline from student athletes
• Effective communication skills with athletes coaches parents and administration a must.

The employee is directly responsible for safety well-being or work output that could impact others. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as to read handwritten or typed material and the ability to adjust focus and work on a computer for extended periods. The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.
