The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and enhancing our employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting screening interviewing and candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media networking events and job fairs to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process providing timely updates and feedback.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote LWM Holdings as an employer of choice.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and performance reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Desired Experience

• Open to any level of experience: Entry Mid Experienced
• Experience in sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
