Job Summary: Levels is seeking a Retail Inventory Specialist to join our team. Our Retail Inventory Specialist will be responsible for inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all products received into inventory and METRC/POS, physical organization, tagging and labeling, and maintaining inventory accuracy within the store operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in the implementation of the company's policies and operating procedures on inventory controls
• Defining/implementing quality control parameters and intake, inspection, and proper storage of products & invoices
• Perform multiple data entry tasks such as making product tags and manifests
• Audit inventory control forms in conjunction with METRC to identify discrepancies
• Ensure proper classification and storage of inventory
• Check inventory for items to be destroyed and inform management
• Ensure accuracy on all received and shipped orders
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies to management
• Maintain highest standards of security and compliance by adhering to all receiving, handling and storage requirements
• Able to work independently, based upon daily, weekly and monthly tasks/responsibilities
• Ability to work some nights and weekends
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma required
• Experience with METRC or working in a previous inventory role
• Excel capabilities (Tables, Lookups, Pivots)
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
