Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the uptime, reliability, and security of all IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems critical to manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the plant's network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices to support production and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect manufacturing data, intellectual property, and industrial control systems.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for all IT-related issues affecting production lines and office staff.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency and automation.
• Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology deployments, and infrastructure improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality support for manufacturing-specific applications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and experience with Operational Technology (OT) and IT convergence, including SCADA/MES systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems and manufacturing networks.
• Excellent project management skills for IT infrastructure and application deployments within production facilities.
• Experience leading IT teams, managing budgets, and overseeing vendor relationships specific to manufacturing technology.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems (SCADA, PLC, MES) and their integration with IT networks.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (IoT, AI/ML) as applied in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects specifically within a production or plant environment.
