Job Description Job Description Job Title: Human Resources Manager Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at our manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to site leadership and will be responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, safety program alignment, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR management experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and a strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead all HR functions for the site, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy administration. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Oversee and support the administration of safety programs and OSHA compliance in partnership with the Safety and Operations teams. Conduct investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and support conflict resolution. Partner with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, training, and retention strategies. Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and support audits as needed. Facilitate workforce planning and talent development in alignment with production needs. Coach supervisors and managers on leadership, feedback, and employee performance. Lead or support special HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration at the site level. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role. At least 4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience working with workplace safety programs. Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
