We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager/Director in Germany ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

• Strategic planning : develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth

• Client acquisition : lead efforts in acquiring new clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients

• Revenue generation : meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and leading negotiations from start to finish

• Cross-functional collaboration : work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, finance and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies

• Market analysis : stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities

• 5+ years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector is a must. In particular you need to bring experience from selling BaaS or lending solutions

• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry regulations

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities

• Ability to communicate fluently in German and English
