About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Sales Professional to join our team in Ann Arbor. This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing while working in a high-energy, collaborative environment. This position is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mentality who thrives on pursuing new opportunities and delivering measurable results.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Sales Cycle Management
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing
- Ensure consistent follow-up and movement of opportunities through the pipeline
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Drive repeat business and account growth
Sales Presentations & Negotiation
- Present products and solutions effectively to prospective clients
- Lead negotiations and close deals
Performance & Metrics
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals
- Track and manage sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Provide regular updates to leadership on opportunities and trends
Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
Continuous Development
- Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in a B2B sales environment
- Experience submitting RFPs
- Experience closing mid to high-value deals
