Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated McDonald's Area Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishments. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Seeking full-time Area Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching, direction, develop people and improve restaurant operations to maximize the long-term sales and profit of McDonald's locations. Must be able to solve problems. Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week. Area Supervisors consistently demonstrate McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with external customers and internal customers including the Restaurant
Leadership Team and Crew. Area Supervisors will work with the restaurant teams to achieve operational results: upholding the standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness, achieving health department standards, meeting and/or exceeding McDonald's ROIP standards, and timely execution of new initiatives and new product and equipment launches.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services
- Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability goals
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry at McDonald's
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising staff members
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including cooking techniques, bartending skills, shift management, coffee preparation, hotel operations, banquet services, and inventory control
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff members, and vendors

McDonald's restaurant management experience is required.
Requirements:
Ability to problem solve
Hamburger University or ROLP Graduate
Friendly and outgoing
Comfortable being on your feet for an entire shift
5 years McDonald's general management experience preferred
