Location: 287 Jackson Plaza Suite C

Supervises: Movers and Drivers

Summary of Branch Manager Responsibilities

1. Perform all daily Branch Manager duties outlined within the Pink Zebra Moving Operations Manual.
2. Interview prospective team members at least twice monthly and maintain a roster of “on call” movers at all times.
3. Onboard, train, and provide ongoing support to new and existing team members.
4. Perform site visits and truck inspections daily.
5. Maintain a clean, safe and organized office space at all times.
6. Cultivate, nurture, and promote a culture that is focused on providing every customer and prospective customer with a one-of-a-kind moving experience.
7. Develop and execute unique, and often personalized, customer experiences.
8. Create wow moments with customers.
9. Build and improve relationships with team members, customers, key suppliers, and the local community.
10. Review company practices to ensure clients maximum satisfaction from each moving experience.
11. Educate and inform clients about the company’s mission, products, and services.
12. Perform necessary administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling and reporting.
13. Act as the primary logistics person to dispatch trucks to job sites.
14. Fully utilize all software products required to manage a Pink Zebra Moving location.
15. Assist sales team when necessary to help generate and convert qualified leads.
16. Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
17. Attending to client complaints and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
18. Recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
19. Seek out and attend events that will aid in driving brand awareness.
20. Oversee customer relationship management systems.
21. Actively solicit and respond to customer reviews.
22. Perform daily lead farming activities.
23. Be readily available when needed on Saturdays and some holidays.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Annual Salary: The annual salary for a Branch Manager in Ann Arbor, MI is $60,000 for the first twelve months.
