**Responsibilities:**

• Build and expand a client base through networking, prospecting, and community engagement.

• Provide clients with education on various insurance options, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty products.

• Evaluate customer needs to deliver customized insurance solutions.

• Foster and maintain client relationships through regular communication and policy reviews.

• Achieve and surpass sales goals, prioritizing long-term client satisfaction.

• Stay informed about industry trends and Farmers Insurance offerings.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- An entrepreneurial spirit and a goal-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently with effective time management.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

- Willingness to obtain or hold a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).

- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Compensation Range: $45K - $75K
