- Operate, observe, and fine-tune production equipment to maintain optimal efficiency and quality.
- Handle routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot common issues to minimize downtime.
- Use technical documents and engineering drawings to verify setups and confirm requirements.
- Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe workspace in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily output goals and schedule commitments.
- Log production data accurately and notify supervisors of any variances or concerns.
- Consistently follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is beneficial.
- Proven track record in machine operation or a closely related role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment.
- Comfortable interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
- Detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-throughput setting and meet production targets.
- Effective communicator who works well within a team.
- Stable machine performance with minimal unplanned stops.
- Accurate documentation and swift escalation of issues.
- A spotless, safe work area and reliable adherence to protocols.
- Consistent contribution to team production goals.
